Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 November 2026
This policy explains how the 10X Protocol, the coaching program run by Raymond Bayssari ("we", "us"), handles personal information collected through 10xprotocol.com.au. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Details you give us in the application: your name, email address, phone number and your answers to the questions (for example your work, goals, income bracket, what you've tried, timing and budget).
- Details you give when you book a call, through our booking calendar.
- How you use the site: pages visited, how much of the video you watched and buttons you clicked. Some of this is stored in your own browser so the page remembers your progress.
- Technical information such as your device type, browser and approximate location, collected by our analytics and advertising tools.
Why we collect it
- To assess whether the program is a fit for you and to contact you about your application.
- To book, confirm and remind you about your call.
- To deliver the program if you become a client.
- To measure and improve the site and our advertising, including showing our ads to people who have visited the site.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use the Meta Pixel, which lets Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measure visits and actions on this site and show our ads to people who visited it. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings and clear or block cookies in your browser.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the program, such as our CRM and booking system (GoHighLevel), our website host (Vercel), our coaching app and Meta for advertising measurement. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States.
How we look after it
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing 10x@10xprotocol.com.au. If you have a privacy complaint, email us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
